Adela Ibric

After earning her bachelor’s degree, she received a full scholarship for her master’s degree at Lehman Teachers College. Adela taught math to high school students in the poorest congressional district in the US, the South Bronx. Her tenure included being a department head coordinator, student council coordinator, and coordinator of the afterschool nationally recognized Outward bound outdoor learning experiential education program.

Next, she became an instructional strategies specialist at Innovative Designs for Education, an educational consulting company. Adela helped district superintendents and principals for schools serving K-12 students to implement a system based instructional framework that gradually increases student responsibility and provides meaningful feedback to better inform teacher strategies and effectiveness in the classroom.

After moving out to Denver Colorado, she was the Dean of Assessments in DPS for an Early Childhood to 8th grade school. While at DPS, Adela was trained in the Leader In Me, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Program to improve student social-emotional learning and academic success.

In 2021, Adela started her own company which provides frictionless experiential education opportunities for business leaders to elevate their companies through workshops, web designing, marketing, and immersive events /event planning. Her experience comes from collaborations with Rainbow Militia Circus, Dana Cain Events, Prismajic, The Black Actors Guild, and EXDO event center.

What you may not know: Adela is an avid traveler and a New York State Ice Hockey Champion.
